I've tried other hosts but always found the support a bit lacking. URLJet may not be the least expensive host but they are by far and away the most supportive. Any time I have a question they answer the ticket within the hour. As to up-time, I've never had a problem with URLJet, the only time the sites have been down is when I make a mistake. URLJet has been there to back me up every time and fix my stupidity quickly. I've been so happy with the service and pricing that I have been recommending URLJet to all my clients when hosting is needed.   WebHostMap   (October 25, 2013) All the help I needed to setup our forum This hosting company is one of the few I have come across that values their customers enough that the owner is readily available. I was new to working with forum software and got help installing vBulletin. Later on, when I decided to move to XenForo they helped me with the install. I haven't experienced downtime, support has been good. The pricing is a bit higher, but for personable, responsive support that is based in the U.S. I would expect that. I'm happy using URLjet's service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a forum hoster.   Alan James.   (October 26, 2012) Failure to enforce their own rules, thereby placing people in danger. As a hosting company urljet.com are in violation of their own rules by allowing one of their websites to openly display a stolen photograph of me in an attempt to stalk and harass me. Their OWN rules prohibit this, but despite repeated abuse reports, they do not seem competent enough to police their OWN rules. And actually enforce them. Why is this I wonder. are they protecting someone at the expense of their own integrity? One does wonder what they would really be like if a client of theirs had a problem, if they are unable to enforce their own terms of service. The promotional advertising they do counts for nothing, if a Client cannot rely on them doing the right thing. Many times, it is how an organization responds to valid complaints that show whether they are genuine. I am sure that there are many other hosting companies that actually do the right thing, but alas it seems that urljet do not fall into that category.
