Hetzner Online Among The 50 Fastest Companies in Bavaria

Data center operator Hetzner Online has broken into the 50 fastest growing companies in Bavaria according to the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs.

The list recognizes companies which have proven strength through growth and increased personnel turnover, rewarding successful applicants with the "Bavaria's best 50" award.

For Hetzner, it is the second time they have had the honor of being ranked among the top 50, as their company growth appears to continue.

The Gunzenhausen-based company offers internet products such as webhosting packages, leased servers and colocation service facilities out of its data center parks in Germany and has done since its establishment in 1997.

Hetzner accommodates for customers spanning over 120 countries and their business has been experiencing ever-increasing growth.

This increase has led to the need for another data center which is currently under construction in Nuremberg with room for for up to 32,000 servers.

The large site also reportedly has potential to host more than 150,000 servers which will be permanently connected to the Internet.
