Zen Internet Achieves Recommended Provider Status for 14th Year
For the 14th consecutive year, Zen Internet has achieved its Which? Recommended Provider Status. Gaining five stars for reliability, customer service and ease of set-up and technical support, the UK independent Internet Service Provider was rated highly again by customers in the survey by Which?. Over 7,000 members contributed their opinions to the review which analysed customer satisfaction, value for money and the likeliness of them recommending services to a friend. Zen's Head of Product Management and Marketing, Andrew Saunders, explained the companies joy in being honoured by Which? for another year. "We are absolutely delighted to be recognised as Recommended Broadband Provider by Which? once again, this fantastic achievement is our fourteenth Which? endorsement." According to one member, despite Zen being "more expensive than most, the reliability and service compared to my previous provider makes it worth every penny." Zen came across well in the survey which rated them at 84% in comparison to the lowest ranked score of AOL Broadband which received 28%. Despite comments being made about their high price, their customer satisfaction results came back extremely positive. "We believe that we have the strongest portfolio of fibre optic broadband products in the UK and this faster technology represents the future of Internet access," continued Saunders. "We have a hands-on experience of the technology that other providers cannot match, and the latest, most up-to-date information on progress and future plans."
