Absolutely awful. STAY AWAY Don't make the same mistake I did and have to wait 10-14 for a refund literally hours after you sign up.

I agree, these people used to be good value. I don't have so many problems with the mail as I did, and the Plesk is good, but the customer service has gone downhill with a bang!

The Apollo Hosting website states that their tech support is in house -- well guess what, they are using an foreign outsourcing company for tech support. Their shared linux servers routinely run out of space and are plagued with email problems. The

Tech support unresponsive and rude. Your support tickets will go unanswered for days while your website is down.

These guys are terrible! My site goes down once a week now. Tech support takes over an hour to get through on the phone. Online support is never there. Unbelievable how awful its been with them. We have a community site of 6000 members - stay away.

Due to an error on Apollo's end, our company didn't receive emails for 2 days. We found that the customer support was extremely lacking the problem wasn't clearly explained we were put on hold for an inexcusable amount of time.

I have virtual servers from Apollo hosting and this was the worst decision to choose apollo hosting. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVERS, SERVICE and RELIABILITY. We you have business site, do not go with apollo ever for free

I used to swear by Apollo Hosting, but today I think is my last straw. After being with them for about 7 years with only 1 outage, I've experienced 4 outages in the last 6 months. Enough is enough. I'm starting to shop for a new hosting company.

Apollo has been on the decline from a customer service and support perspective for some time now. Network stability has been an issue far too often lately as well. Been with them for 5 years, but no longer.

They have bad uptime and their new spam filter is a crap. Nothing works and our company has suffered greatly with their email down/web down. Double think about your choice beofre making decision

I believe Apollo Hosting has good value for money, but that's it. I have asked them 2 weeks ago to cancel my account and still waiting. Impossible to get an answer.

Of all the tickets I opened, only 25% were responded to after 2-3 days. Their solutions were half ass and unclear. Every single issue I resolved myself using the Group Forums, experimentation, and resources/tips from generous colleagues.

At first, Apollo was great, but now, they're average at best. The good: friendly support, good features, fast servers. The bad: Unreliable mail servers, good tech support is spotty, servers crashed too often. my website was down at least 4 times a month.

I've used 4 different host companies. Apollo is ok. Tech support responds within 24 hrs sometimes mediocre answers. I've transferred 4 domains to them and each time they screwed up Postini Spam configuration so no mail for about 8 hrs average. We use VPS.

Incompitent company. Too big for it's own good. Avoid at all cost. Sometimes friendly but not so helpful staff. Not experienced in good excuses for the extensive monthly down time they experience.
