Kaya   ( January 16, 2007 ) This company is terrible! They crashed and left everybody high and dry, I haven't been able to recover any of my mysql files, and it's impossible to contact the company. They continue taking my money, but otherwise they seem to have ceased to exist.

Jesse   ( March 21, 2006 ) Not even near 90% uptime. Site is down regularly (last month for 3 days!) and has now been inaccesible for a week (!) because MySQL is down (for an update!?!). Support tickets only treated after days/not replied to at all. Their Phone number disconnected.
