Dave C.   ( February 24, 2011 ) They need to answer their phones when you have a problem. They also need to figure out a way of notifying clients if they are doing upgrades on servers, dns, email, etc. .... clients should not be blindsided with issues.

Dirk   ( May 27, 2008 ) Hacked and wiped out my shared server for a few days backups lost. Support never seems to understand problems. Seems they don't take the time to read support tickets thoroughly. A fast host that has good features. Look elsewhere however.
