They need to answer their phones when you have a problem. They also need to figure out a way of notifying clients if they are doing upgrades on servers, dns, email, etc. .... clients should not be blindsided with issues.

DWHS Provides a good economic way for e-business and e-commerce. If you're looking for a startup or advanced service for your new business DWHS is one of the best hosting company's I've seen.

I've been with them for a long time now and I've never had any serious problems with anything. Everytime I've had any trouble, they were quite helpful in getting it fixed!

I'm new at this particular (website hosting) game as a retired hardware/software engineer who started hacking code in 1972 at age 17 in high school. Did you know that there were computers in 1972? I'm delighted with my choice, so far, and recommend it!

Their customer service and technical support are great and when I have a problem and contact them they normally get back to me pretty quickly. The only problem I have is that my website seems to run very slowly and

Hacked and wiped out my shared server for a few days backups lost. Support never seems to understand problems. Seems they don't take the time to read support tickets thoroughly. A fast host that has good features. Look elsewhere however.
