Fozzy support is good, they always respond within a few hours
Thanks to fozzy team. I haven't had the opportunity to test the support yet however the rep who I was speaking to on chat was very knowledgeable and responsive. I hope the service remains this well, however only time will tell.

They've handled every ticket quickly
I have been with fozzy for over 3 months and have found them to be the best hosting provider I've tried. The shared hosting plan looks too good to be true with no complicated set up steps. The file manager is good, it includes multiple file uploading and moving files to other (sub)domains and I've had no problems with the connection speed. I transferred my domain, and fozzy handled it perfectly. There is also great support for PHP, MySQL etc. and the control panel is very easy and simple to use. The only slightly annoying thing for me is that custom 404 pages can only be added with paid hosting packages, although that (and much more) can be accessible for $3.99/month. If anyone needs web hosting, whether for their first website or an advanced one, Fozzy is ideal.

The uptime is very good and I haven't faced any problems yet
I really appreciate Fozzy for its hosting solutions on web. Before I have tested 3 hosting providers but was not satisfied. I left my last hosting provider because they repeatedly made a mess of billing and servers went down a lot. At fozzy, real people answering real phones and having honest to goodness conversations with you about your situation.
Pricing - Value for what I'm receiving is excellent.
I am happy using their service.

I am extremely satisfied with them!
The services and features fozzy offers to a user like myself cannot be beat. I find their pricing unbelievable in this day and age. They are efficient and have always helped solve whatever issue I'm having (not always the friendliest, but I guess that's part of the efficiency really).
They offer a wide range of unique domain name extensions to register at reasonable rates.
Pricing is comparable with other well-liked registrars.

What I wanted to say that load speed is much faster now.
I am really impressed by Fozzy ssd hosting service.
The people who form this organization are simply amazing. I am not very technically sound with website design and hosting, but with these guys around I have never had any concern.
Be it any issue they respond with the solution in minutes, at times investigating issues which I may say is not their duty to solve. But they simply like to help.
I remember my first installation of Drupal, where they actually helped me setup everything, from cron to ffmpeg and a lot more. They even knew about my drupal installation and the modules I used, and what kind of issues that could crop in.

I am 100% satisfied fozzy customer. Recommend them.
I have been very pleased with the support even when it is not their fault. Never got an angry support rep.
As a IT Tech I have dealt with several other providers (like PAIR) and there is no doubt to me that Fozzy is much ahead of any.
My clients are very pleased after I switched some to Fozzy servers and others creating new services.

efficient, flexible, and powerful services
I'd like to say that it was very hard to find fozzy.com - I have been looking for such a good host for about 3 weeks and finally I found a good home for my web sites. Their customer support team was responsive when I contacted them and transferred all my files to them explaining everything in details. I have been using them for 5 months. Everything works fine.

Fozzy is professional hosting service
I signed up with Fozzy.com and everything went very smooth which was a very nice change from my last host! I feel like I have hit the ground running in setting up my website with them. The uptime is very good and I haven't faced any problems yet at their Canadian location.

Uptime is good, my site is always up.
I've been with Fozzy for a few months now - I will never go to any other hosting provider moving forward. My experience with them has been excellent, they are reliable, friendly, professional and the fastest turn around time on solving technical issues compared to anywhere I've seen on the web, to date + their client service portal is excellent in design, clear, simple to use and gives me full control of my VPS.

Now my sites have been running smoothly
Fozzy support folks are top notch - two words to describe them are "patience" and "experienced". Apart from standard schedule maintenance events which may lead to few minutes downtime, their uptime is pretty superb for a shared hosting company. If you want shared hosting that uses state of the art servers and supported by experienced technical support team, give them a try and see for yourself.

Wish i found you guyz a long time ago.
Server uptime is something that I never believe because some companies state 100% uptime. Honestly from my experience 100% uptime is impossible because they need to take the server down for software updates and that sort of stuff. Fozzy states 99.9% uptime and so far I haven’t seen any so this is a very good sign.

friendly user interface, excellent support
Fozzy was so helpful in not only locating it (because they backed it up) but putting it back on my server. I have worked with a few hosting companies but Fozzy response time was very quick and they solved my issue promptly. I bought their basic VPS for $8.99/mo, they contacted me immediately and asked if I needed any help - all in all, I was impressed, they helped to upload all my files and from that time my site is running fast and efficiently.

Best customer service - amazing response time, clear answers.
The support at Fozzy is second to none and far, far apart from the frustration commonly found at my previous host. And with the cost savings realized from Fozzy additional services were added to further reduce the stress level of site management.

I can say that speed connectivity is really fast
Having looked at several hosts and comparing prices, Fozzy wasn't the cheapest but anyone who has hosted before knows that lots of times the prices on the hosting company's website are smoke and mirrors and you end up paying more anyway. With Fozzy, there was no smoke nor mirrors (no hidden fees).
My business picked up dramatically shortly after submitting my new website to the search engines; and ordering products is extremely easy for my customers. Their customer service department has always proved friendly and helpful.

My overall impression is positive: 99% uptime and very fast tech problem solving by its team!
I know what a bad hosting company means for a webmaster. So i really appreciate Fozzy for their commitment with their customers! Keep on doing like this!! Recommend this decent ssd host.

I can recommend Fozzy for wordpress hosting
I have been dealing with other host provider in the past and they could not offer the features Fozzy.com is giving me ( cPanel, unlimited databases / email accounts / bandwidth / diskspace , softaculous, website builder).
Ultimately after 9 months I couldn't be happier and after many hosts over the years, this is a fast state of the art product backed up by a company that values and listens to its customers and responds to their needs. Thus I feel comfortable that what I offer my clients is best in class.

Overall an excellent host. A little pricey, but worth every penny.
I sell web-hosting in India. Fozzy.com is one of the best services available.
Good pricing, is affordable for overseas customers considering the exchange rates sometime. Have never had my site down. They are constantly improving. I hope the will be around for a long time to come. I recommend them to everyone.
