Good web host. They really serve their customers by meeting their needs for quality hosting. In time with hosting with Gigapros, I needed their support several times, always getting quick solutions to the issue. Tickets are usually replied in 20 minutes of submission and their support staff is extremely obliging. Excellent customer service and technical skills are the best advertisment for these people! On transferring to Gigapros, I first found that I got answers to my emails very promptly, often within an hour, or even less. This is amazing! Alex was also in the same time zone as me, which was a great bonus, as we could have multiple exchanges during a business day. It is a great web host. Their customer service is outstanding... If you have one or two sites you may well have many years of happy service with this host, but if your site is for business look elsewhere.
