The technicians reply almost immediately.
Fully satisfied. Gigapros is a good place for hosting sites. Setup is free and the techs are very helpful to launch websites. I also like softaculous auto install and custom control panel is fast, easy to use. I'm not the most technologically independent person, and of course, as soon as I registered, I had questions. They explained to me everything I needed to know. Thanks.

Very nice control panel.
Thanks for the great work so far and keep it up. If I've had technical issues, they have resolved them very promptly. Gigapros treats their customers with the utmost respect, something that is seriously lacking in the hosting industry, and that for me is the reason I've given them 100/100 in this review. You get what you pay for – which is just about enough. Also, the speed of hosting is A+. I mean I didn’t run into any problems. And that’s what you want.

The pages load fast, day or night.
Good web host. They really serve their customers by meeting their needs for quality hosting. In time with hosting with Gigapros, I needed their support several times, always getting quick solutions to the issue. Tickets are usually replied in 20 minutes of submission and their support staff is extremely obliging. Excellent customer service and technical skills are the best advertisment for these people! Also, always chat online service available. I strongly recommend their hosting service.

On transferring to Gigapros, I first found that I got answers to my emails very promptly, often within an hour, or even less. This is amazing! Alex was also in the same time zone as me, which was a great bonus, as we could have multiple exchanges during a business day. It is a great web host. Their customer service is outstanding... If you have one or two sites you may well have many years of happy service with this host, but if your site is for business look elsewhere.

Excellent web host service!
A few times, I've had dumb technical questions. Once I forgot my password because I hadn't touched my web site for over a year. Another time, I couldn’t figure out which address to use for uploading. Each time, Gigapros answered within hours, if not minutes and solved my problem. My website has been with Gigapros for five months, and it's run perfectly the entire time. They have been helpful with payments and kept my services on. Great prices and package deals, too.

Right choice of web host!
I think that I made the right choice ordering hosting from Gigapros - they know what they do. I like the pricing for VPS hosting solutions (20$/mo). With easy control panel, I can easily manage my e-mail accounts, databases, applications, security, FTP and control every aspects of my web sites. Recommend this hosting to all webmasters. The package prices also amazed me.

Had no downtime.
Speed of my sites is great and I'd like to say that my visitors are happy with the speed upload of my pages. They write good feedbacks about this. I'm happy to deal with Gigapros web host and can highly recommend it to other webmasters. The uptime with them is great, had no downtime. The scripts that I had selected for installation, prior to their free migration, were just right for me. I can give this host DOUBLE THUMBS UP!

The network uptime is great, highly reliable host.
Support is great. Gigapros is highly reliable, professional and, as other reviewers have already pointed out, they provide excellent and fast support. They also have cloudflare that protects my web sites. The network uptime is great - their promise 99.9% is correct. This decent hosting provider does seem to have some issues with customer service and tech support, however I would expect that this is mainly due to the lack of customer calls that are taken as the service is intuitive and quite easy to use. Recommended.

Fully satisfied with Gigapros dedicated server hosting service. Fast servers. My tickets were always responded to promptly, no matter what time of day, and the support staff were extremely tolerant of my computer ignorance. The amount of care and concern displayed by this host and their employees was a breath of fresh air in contrast to the run-around received by, other hosting providers I do business with, all of whom were passing the buck and arrogantly I may add! Technical support is awesome.
Really good web host. Gigapros customer care has always been outstanding. Technical support is awesome - response is fast (sometimes within minutes) and problems get resolved just about as quickly. Incredibly fast.
Have to say that I'm extremely please with the pricing, the services you offer, and the quality of your hosting. Both upload and download speeds are incredibly fast, and the features are standard but very well supported. Of course, I was a bit hesitant at first, but decide to give it a go anyway since the price is literally dirt cheap for dedicated server hosting. Now I know my money is well spent. Gigapros hosting is good choice of web host.

I have had several websites on Gigapros dedicated hosting account for the last several years and very satisfied. Support through their support ticket system is exemplary - fast and professional responses. The service has good spam filtering. This host is my good friend. I am happy to be in the family. I also recommend their hosting solutions with highest regards. While operating such a superb hosting service they also have been able to offer cheaper accounts. The uptime is almost 100% and the security is supper tight. So my domains are super safe and stable.

Solid performance!
Can recommend Gigapros hosting for running business sites. Solid performance! I manage several websites with this host and have nothing but a good experience with their hosting service. Their control panel is well laid out and easy to do most tasks like upload WordPress or setup email accounts. There are plenty of helpful tutorial videos and web pages that get you going as well. Nice professionals, Thank you for the good hosting.
So far, I've never encountered any problems with this except for that one single time where there was a downtime which was immediately resolved in a matter of 10 minutes. So far, I have not had any problems with them. Good service. I use the site to run my business and check email on it everyday, and Gigapros network performance is about as fast as any of the other services out there, but for about half the price. Excellent.
