The support is TOP.
I'm really happy with GTHost dedicated hosting. The support is TOP, the IT-guy added me on Skype so he could help me better and answer my questions, I was really happy with this. He helped me a lot, so a big thanks goes to him! The network is brilliant, I've not noticed any downtime or connection problems.

Reliable server hosting.
My sites are running fast and efficiently - I am happy. So I would have to recommend GTHost server hosting, highly, based on my experience thus far. It makes a pleasant change to receive the sort of help you get from this provider. This decent host also offers excellent value for money with lost of great features for what I consider a very reasonable price.

The customer service is friendly and has always been great. I have wanted a few things changed with my account and they have all been done within minutes of me asking (upgrading and downgrading packages). Up-to-date php configuraation, regularly updated MySQL version, and best of all, superb customer service. GTHost also provides Backups daily - Thumbs up!

Good range of price plans.
I was looking for the highest-rated web host with the largest number of positive comments and feedbacks. GTHost is an excellent web host, easy to set up fast and through help and support service. Good range of price plans. No problems so far.

The server speed is second to none.
I found GTHost after days of reading reviews about hundreds of hosting services. Now I have a site there for five months. So far i haven't noticed any downtime. I guess there should be but it was so small i didn`t notice it. The server speed is second to none.

The claim that the support is the fastest in the world might well be true. I now see why GTHost is #1 in instant server hosting. MSN Support is available during the day light hours and provides a perfect opportunity to get some first hand information and assistance from a friendly voice always ready to help.

Excellent support and service.
After recently needing to purchase hosting again, I've returned to find that despite the fact that it seems the company has grown a lot (and deservingly so), the excellent support and service remains the same. It's not often that I actually feel compelled to write a good review, but considering the hosting market is generally dominated by awful businesses right now, I feel that decent, honest businesses like GTHost.com should get all the recognition they deserve.

Very cheap, recommended!
I've been rather inert in actually getting my site back online in a fully functional capacity, my dealings with GTHost.com has been top notch, and I have been very pleased with fast, personable, and affordable service. I'll not be leaving GTHost in the foreseeable future.

well worth the slight extra cost.
I've been moving from host to host trying different ones out, and so far GTHost.com have been the best. The service offers me a lot of freedom when creating/modifying my sites with support for PHP, MySQL, PERL and all that good stuff. They have great plans and lots of server features.

We would definitely recommend GTHost
We can sleep at night knowing that everything is being looked after by the folks at GTHost instant server hosting provider. The control panel is great, the advanced features are great, the support is fantastic but best of all the site can scale up and we don't have to lift a finger - we would definitely recommend GTHost solutions.

Excellent value for money servers!
Customer/tech support team are always ready to help. They are online 24/7 - this is great. My site has never encountered slow-down nor has it ever been offline without explanation. GTHost web host also offers excellent value for money with lost of great features for what I consider a very reasonable price.

Great hosting experience.
I've always been frustrated by hosting in the past. Not with GTHost web hosting provider. In fact, they have decreased costs for a number of features in the time I've been with them; my sense is that they work hard to stay competitive with other hosting services. All in all they have been the best.

I was so impressed after talking with a salesperson via live chat, that I purchased a FULL Year of their instant server hosting package that day. One of GTHost support ITs was a breath of fresh air. He had virtually every answer I needed and helped me change the domain name servers and installed WordPress and set it up for me. Truly unexpected. Thanks to their tech support team!

Very good dedicated hosting!
Some hosts will just keep putting you off until you simply stop asking, not these guys. This is a major selling point for me and should be for anyone looking for top hosting services. I honestly have not had one problem and would recommend to anyone who needs to get an online presence.

Prompt responses and quality tech help.
I am glad to host my web sites at GTHost instant server hosting account. A request to the sales department with our changes and new server requirements for our 10+ domains was answered quickly with a perfect solution. To think we even considered moving to save a few dollars could have been a huge mistake. Where else could we find the level of service, prompt responses and quality tech help.

Fast Seattle dedicated hosting!
I'm with GTHost Seattle dedicated hosting last 4 months, last month was merky with their software, they have fixed the issue and am still with their dedicated hosting and will be ordering their another dedicated server in London soon. Keep up the good work guys.

The staff at GTHost is so helpful
I'm only learning about dedicated servers and such and sometimes... actually a lot of the time I run into problems with my site and emails. The staff at GTHost is so helpful whenever these problems happen and are very quick to respond. I never have to wait long to get onto live chat and it never takes long for the staff there to solve my problem!
