I don't understand why I can't obtain the help I need. I have called and left messges for tech support NEVER to receive a call back. I have money for hosting and I can get no help. Specially I need help to find out where I obtain my email.

Terrible experience. Constant problems, websites that spontaneously become unconfigured, e-mail that doesn't work, or most scary of all e-mails that are not recieved but not bounced either, so customers think you're ignoring them.

I like this host. Very gooood host with great support, i have problems with english, cuz i from Russia. And these guys are always step by step explain to me, all what i need in 5-20 minutes by ticket. I really appreciate this. Sp. thx for Jason H, Fred,

Shell ALWAYS required AT LEAST 2 emails to activate-HFW never gets it right the 1 time3 dropped sql crons today, MYSQL down not = uptime many dropped php emails-your bad server config - stopped tickets because u r incapable of fixing could write more

Don't waste you time with this company. In my opinion they don't actually offer the products they list on their site, they just offer access to those products. By the way, all of the products are available on the web WITHOUT their service!

I switched to HostforWeb.net from GoDaddy.com hosting and was instantly happy with their service. They offer all the features I look for in a web host and at competitive rates. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

It goes down at least twice a month.. and I always seem to be working on the site when it happens. Only once was it at an appropriate time (2:00am). It just went down again at 8:00pm! How lame!
