Thomas   ( August 01, 2009 ) Having had a reasonable service for a good few months from when I signed up, it has gone horrible in the last 2 months. It has currently been 2 months without a ticket reply on all 7 of my open tickets regarding a WHMCS license which they offer. Not good!

Chris   ( July 03, 2009 ) Not a great company, does not care about their clients. Constant downtime, WHMCS license always expiring, only one admin - Derrick Lane and he's never around. I would avoid this company if you are serious about hosting.

Barry Wheeler   ( May 04, 2009 ) Lanehost is an unreliable hosting company. I have been with them for over 2 years as a reseller lite customer. Constant downtimes, data loss, server outages and lack of timely response - have switched all but a handful of domains from them.
