Frank Baird   ( May 07, 2012 ) this company does not respond to customer service problems - switching now - they are either going out of business or turned into junkies.

Bob   ( June 13, 2006 ) Overall is a good webhosting company. There is some downtime, but it is expected with shared hosting. Tech support is quick and helpful. The Linux packages are much more realiable then the Windows packages.
