Planethoster has got it going. Awesome pricing and quality service! I don't have much experience with their customer service in all of the years I have been using them. It's been a while since I last had to contact support. To me, however, that is a good thing. For me, the less times I have to call customer service for any product and not just web hosting services, is just a confirmation that I have a great product! Kudos Planethoster!

If I were going to define the very top standard of service, I would start by looking at Planethoster. I'm not trying to just be nice. I was a strategy and turnaround consultant and executive for many years. Their customer service is incredible. There are no "tech egotists" there like with 99% of the other IT firms.
