Fast VPS hosting.
These guys are just plain ole awesome! Profvds Slovakia VPS hosting is beyond excellent. They know what they are doing. The response times are lightning fast (the longest I have had to wait for a response to a ticked question was just over 1 hour - which is more than acceptable, seeing as other bigger providers can take over 5 days to reply). Great job done for us, thanks.

Will continue using them for a long time I think.
I decided to write a review sharing my experience using Profvds EU vps hosting services... This is an update to my previous review I posted long ago. I am the type of user who knows just enough to screw things up. They have always politely and quickly (less than 30 minutes usually) resolved my problems (fixed my mistakes). Currently extremely happy with my uptime. They have already saved me hours of hassle, and they supply some very useful scripts. Where other hosts will try to up-sell you more services, or a bigger package, Profvds will actually down-sell you a package at a lower rate than you are looking at, should they believe the extras unnecessary. Hope it will be useful for webmasters here. Thanks.

Can say the pricing is competitive. I get to experience blazing speed, smart routing capability - this what I like the best about their services. Customer support always answer my questions with helpful explanation and good recommendations what to do next if the problem exists. They offer secure DDoS protection within hosting account, my sites are hosted at their VPS in Slovakia and I am happy.

I'm happy with Profvds so far
I'm happy with Profvds so far, support has been great and you offer far more features than any web hosting provider I have come across so far. Super nice and helpful customer service. FTP access has sometimes been a little bit spotty, which is why I could not give them a 100% score; it is sometimes intermittent, but nothing too large to open a complaint about.

Always receive quick help.
I've already started moving all the websites I host somewhere else to Profvds web host - I couldn't find any other hosting provider that could do things better. The vps service is outstanding. I always receive quick and courteous replies and the solutions provided actually work. They can count on me as a guaranteed long-term customer.

Profvds vps host has handled every ticket quickly
Speed is good, and the price isn't bad at all. It is really nice to be able to submit a support request and have someone receive it that can actually analyze the issue and correct it, vs. someone reading off of a scripted tree so to speak. Profvds vps host has handled every ticket quickly, and with the responses, you'd want from the very start.
