These folks do NOT offer alternate payment methods and a difficult card validation process. If you cancel the card on file they offer few options for alternate payment methods and are VERY difficult to deal with. My account was closed with them.

This month marks 7 years with them. Tech support has always been right on spot. Uptime so near 100%, not worth discussing. 2 servers, a few problems, all solved within a short time. Not moving, no way, no how.

The planet has the worst support ever. Its just frustrating and you end up spending more time trying to talk with them than actually working. Don't make our mistake and go to some other host. Softlayer has better prices and rackspace has better support.

I wish I could say the same as some of the other reviews, but I have had more downtime than uptime with the Planet. I have been far from impressed with them. I have had 3 dedicated servers with them, one worked great, the other 2 were awful.

GHOST FEES Guys just made Orbit 2.0 and charged all users with some ghost fees, in their error billing. I do NOT recommend the planet.

The are absolutely fantastic. Excellent support, fast and reliable servers and rarely any downtime. In 450 days, my server has been offline for only 2 hours.
