Worst customer service and technical support in the business. I got kids in the Philippines who could barely speak english. Not like they used to be.

I wld not recommend. Ive been with Verio for 8 years. They used to be good. When they outsourced cust service they lost their most valuable asset. Ive spent hours over the last 3 weeks on hold working to get through. No luck. Looking for a new host now.

I've been forced to deal with them because one of my clients keeps purchasing more hosting and domains from them. I find them absolutely awful! I'm use to using yahoo and godaddy, the difference in customer support is night and day.. verio a nightmare!

I have used verio for some time and was happy. Over the past few years I have noticed their customer service have hit rock bottom due to overseas outsource. Server failure over Thanksgiving was the last straw. I switched to lexiconn.com with US support

Horrendous Support, Back Office is a nightmare and web tools are garbage - Have over 20 accts with them that I am finally committing to move in the next few weeks

Testing out customer service before I buy. Been on phone for 11 minutes. Wow! Guess I better find another host.

I have been a Verio client since 1999. Iin the last 3 years they have gone so far downhill that I will be moving my client base somewhere else. The tech support is inexperienced and unhelpful. Control panel is a joke. I would definitely not recommend them

Another host, another series of problems. Used to be a good company but nothing ever works these days. 361 days, average website uptime 81.8% based on 6 pings a day, 1 every 4 hours, 24 hours a day for almost a year. Imagine if I pinged my site hou

The absolute worst I have ever seen. Always down, staff has no knowledge and unable to fix problems. Nobody seems to care

Their email service slows to a crawl just about every day for the past couple of months. If you send yourself an email it is delayed between 20 min to 2 hour. After a dozen or tech support calls, their answer is Less than 3 hours is considered good.

Numerous billing problems 2006. They let my account balance grow to a large amount, and then called once When I called back, the account manager had no clue why he called me. They shut OFF ALL MY ACCOUNTS THE FOLLOWING WEEK WITHOUT WARNING. AVOID THEM!

hosted on veriod for many years. The first few years it was fine, but the last few have been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and host with someone else!
