This company had about the worst service and attitude of any web host company I've ever used. The servers were fast, but there are just horrible to try and get problems resolved with. Not surprising as the company really tries to hide its owners.

I was so lost when I signed up for a reseller plan. Honestly it was rough start but they hung with me and so far I find WHB to be a GREAT value. Maybe some more startup lit would be good though. However I'm way pleased overall.

I am very impressed with WHB as a whole. I had a problem with my picture database when they switched over to new servers. WHB's Techs fixed my problem in a timely matter, as if it was imperative I had my family pictures up. I definitely recommend them.

awful tech support, suspended my account without warning. requests to have my account resumed so i can just backup my files, but were ignored. performance is okay for the most part, except for the suspension. i'll move to a new host.

Excellent service, whether it is installing a SSL or blocking a hacker or upgrading an account, they have been right there. Great value.

Horrible service, constantly down. Never respond to inquires and provide no notice of outages. The space/bandwidth are good but if the service is horrible why bother. Look elsewhere.

this stupid provider can't keep their site up. i'm filing support tickets every day. i'm getting really sick of their incompetence ... my contract is almost up. i'll be finding a new provider for the new year.

Technical support response does not answer questions in full. Mailing list emails are sent sporadically and is generally unreliable

Fairly reliable webhost, was up about 95% of the time. The connection speed could be faster, but a great deal for the money. Customer support is great, very speedy!

The system stays up, most of the time. I have been monitoring it with Nagios since I got the service and it is in the high 90's for %uptime. As for the support, This is one of the big reasons that I canceled my service with whb. The other reason is th
