NOt sure about the response to failures I am still waiting for over 24 hours to restore a failed server. Thank god it doesn't happen often.   Tom   (November 27, 2007) Great Cpanel. No tech support PERIOD. On line chat, or emails? Hard to work thru any issues. Price is a bit high now. Uptime is good. Speed is good. Billing is a joke. I've called them 12 times in 2 weeks, leaving messag each time. Never a call back.
