kevin   ( April 18, 2008 ) When the sites are up they are up. NOt sure about the response to failures I am still waiting for over 24 hours to restore a failed server. Thank god it doesn't happen often.

Tom   ( November 27, 2007 ) Great Cpanel. No tech support PERIOD. On line chat, or emails? Hard to work thru any issues. Price is a bit high now. Uptime is good. Speed is good. Billing is a joke. I've called them 12 times in 2 weeks, leaving messag each time. Never a call back.
