I'm fleeing ipower as quickly as I can. They just told me that 2 more of my hosting accounts will be transitioning to the new Endurance servers on Wednesday. That means I've got to hurry and move them to another web host first--before they ruin those.

Ipower changed the hosting platform last autumn (2007) and they told me they would do themselves the transition. They changed the details for access to ftp account without notifying me. They behave in a miserable way. AVOID THEM!!!!

E-mail just quit and it's been 3 days- nothing. Even with chat, it takes 1 hour to get thru and they always say sorry, someone's working on it. Sure. I've even been double-billed... twice. Bye iPower!

Worst provider I have ever encountered. Cheap and you get less than you pay for. Someone should start a class action suit against them.

I've been with ipowerweb with more than 7 years, and all this time i'll probably been blinded by cheapness. Not a real good support. But today they deleted my site saying that it had a virus. WTF!!! I only had .php, .pdf and .gif or .jpg files on a Linux

They keep billing me months after I cancelled my account. Proves impossible to cancel an account with them. Hosting service used to be good, but has declined severely in the last year or so especially since they moved to the new Vdeck. Stay away !

I called support and waited for over 25 minutes, so I hung up. It took me nearly 2 days of errors trying to configure my DNS which usually only takes a minute on Yahoo & Go Daddy. Oh yea, don't waste your time with their 'live chat' support.

I have 3 different accounts with Ipower. Customer/Tech Support is a disaster. So called improvements also a disaster. I cannot get to email or settings to update one account that has been switched to the new system.

They used to be good, but I agreed with another user here. It is all about the pain of growing. Custumer service (live chat and phone) takes above 1 hour to take your called, plus things just do not get done. I am moving to godaddy

Terrible. Mysterious issues keep cropping up and forget about trying to get tech support. waited 1.5 hours and upwards. Switching ISPs as quick as I can!

This is about as bad as it gets. I have had 4-5 different sites with Ipower at any one time. For the first few years - no problems. The last 6 months have been hell. Entire site / email down for days at a time. Once down 4 straight days. Support dead.
