Constantly down when im trying to upload new files. Support doesn't help at all if they even answer. They're just always down and its horrible...

The past two years have been unreliable, and getting worse. Customer Service & Tech Support do not respond within a timely basis. I've been a customer since 2002 and will be moving to a different host.

Tech support terrible. Had to hire a competent tech to find the problem (iPower's problem). Even then iPowerweb's tech just wrote a nasty email back telling us we were wrong.

iPowerWeb is the best host. iPowerWeb rocks they are the best company and I am very happy that I transferred my site over to them.

Host two sites through ipowerweb, have had no issues with one of them over 5 yrs, have had the other one for the same period and has been down 5 days at this stage with no access to mail accounts etc, customer support absolutely useless, no communication

They told me that it will be up in 24 hrs, that was Saturday, today is wednesday and their answer is it will up in 24hrs. We are losing $$$$ everyday now because of this we might have to let some people go on Friday....

Our site has been down for over a week with no hope in site. Support just passes along the ticket. The site was broken by one the techs while talking with her about email. She did something and it just went down. They do not know their product.

iPower needs some power! After being with them for almost a year now we are leaving. We have NEVER been able to totally upload the pages for our site due to constantly being timed out of the VDeck [control panel] It took less than 20 minutes w/ new host!

Not only are you excluded from using 3rd party SSL certificate providers with these guys, but they do constant server maintenance. Possibly the worst host I have ever used.

Dedicated servers are simply not supported, techs unhelful at best and server constantly goes down and you have to wait 24-48 hours for them to do anything (like even rebooting), about it. Worst hosting company ever!

Add me to the list of unsatisfied iPowerweb customers. I sent a notice to not renew at the end of the current billing period. They cancelled me immediately before I had a chance to switch my service. Learn a lesson here.

The WORST customer service you will find! They charge hidden extra fees & when i just canceled my account it was a tough fight for me even to get my domain names back! They were refusing to unlock them so i could switch.
